We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an entry level eLearning Content Creator. You will be a creative developer of multimedia learning opportunities. This dynamic position includes developing interactive video and simulation content to train our client base on our software products. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (required); degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Video and screen casting tool experience; experience with Adobe Captivate a plus
- Experience with animation software a plus; experience with software simulation capture a plus
- Must live in or be willing to relocate to Southwest Charlotte
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Consulting team to summarize content requirements accurately and design instructional materials
- Design and develop engaging, informative, and visually compelling online learning objects and courses, including text, graphics, interactions, and software simulations
- Collaborate with eLearning team to plan multimedia projects
- Edit, write, and narrate scripts
- Update multimedia projects as needed
- Create design & submit ideas for developers to improve the software
- Edit, write and update software documentation, including manuals and white papers
- Deploy multimedia projects onto our learning platforms

Our Internship Program:
Camelot is excited to provide an internship opportunity for students. Our interns will experience a day in the life by shadowing existing employees, as well as gain experience in multiple disciplines at Camelot through projects that will be assigned throughout the program. Through this, Interns will learn the internal operations of a software company. Depending on the Intern’s career path, interactions and lessons from each department may include, and are not limited to the list below. Implementation
- Learn about our software and how we meet the needs of the evolving 3PL industry

A Support Specialist is involved with many aspects of providing clients with exceptional customer service. Problem-solvers and those with great customer service and communication skills will excel at assisting users with issues they may run into within the software, questions they have about new features being released, consultation on software enhancements, customization, and integrations, and more.

About this position:
A Project Coordinator is involved with many aspects of providing clients with exceptional customer service. This role is intended to benefit both our staff and our clients by keeping projects organized and on track, as well as aligning expectations along the way.
Duties of a Project Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

New project setup within Project Management tools and Time & Billing system, as well as initial contact to clients for all projects to align expectations from the onset - Internal Project Reviews with all resources to ensure projects are progressing adequately, including effective communication of project expectations and assistance with project escalations (directly with clients, or through other resources when needed, such as managers and client strategy)
- Project Charter preparation and Project Kickoff Calls with new clients using Express WMS product
- Budget Reporting for Project Managers
- Assist with designing and executing operational Improvements, as well as client-facing processes, deliverables, sign-offs, etc.
