Here at Camelot, we strive to create a unique and exceptional user experience. Starting with the buyer’s journey, our Sales and Marketing team documents technical requirements, timelines and budget to deliver a comprehensive solution to address the current and future needs of the 3PL. By providing fact-based evidence and references, our existing clients share their stories about how a Camelot WMS improved their operations.
After the transition from the Sales Team to the Implementation Team, our Implementation Project Plans prepare our customers for success. We’ve compiled thousands of pages of documentation into over 40 hours of video training content in our Camelot University eLearning. We’ve also created and updated comprehensive manuals, white papers, and other technical documentation to help support special features in the software.
Camelot University is the first step of the implementation journey for all users to become acquainted with their Camelot WMS and understand the basics of how the program works. By following the automated training, it also provides hands-on simulations to help users immerse themselves into the software in a directed way. This allows users to get a better feeling of the User Interface and gain a better understanding of the recommended process flows of the software while learning where the key functions are located on the screen.
All customers are assigned an Implementation Consultant to provide hands-on training of software features and functions while assisting them with an implementation of their own proprietary customer data. During the implementation process, our staff assists with the implementation of key Pilot Customer accounts. At this point in the process, some end-users excel at implementing the system and set up the remaining customers on their own. Camelot consultants are typically requested to implement special modules such as Wireless Scanning, EDI and Physical Count.
A Camelot Consultant’s primary goal is to provide implementation assistance in preparation for Go-Live. Some clients chose to Go-Live in phases with small batches of similar customers with hand-selected functionality. Other clients opt to Go-Live with all customers and all software functionality at once. Both implementation methods are viable but will vary in timeline and budget.
After a successful Go-Live, users are then transitioned to the Support Team. This provides users with full access to our Technical Support services as well as Special Project Support hours, as provided in the Service Agreement.
Finally, Camelot customers are also provided a Client Strategy Manager throughout their Implementation journey to discuss new project requirements, questions about their account and advice on their business growth plans related to their WMS.
Using as Camelot WMS give customers a competitive advantage allowing them to market their capabilities to meet current customer and future customer requirements.
